Starting a business had always been a personal ambition for our founder, Grant Baxter.

While visiting a computer retailer, Grant watched an elderly couple purchase a high-end computer costing around £1,500 when their requirements appeared to be little more than browsing the internet and sending emails.
They were relying on someone else's expertise to help them make the right decision.
Years later, that belief became part of the reason GWBTec was created — to build an IT company that puts honesty, long-term relationships and genuine customer care ahead of simply making a sale.
